Key Responsibilities: -Diagnosis and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, and more. -Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, lubrications, filter replacements, and other preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. -Repair Work: Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other mechanical components following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines. -Parts Replacement: Replace faulty or worn-out parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments. -Testing and Calibration: Test machinery after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functioning and performance. Calibrate equipment as needed. -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner. -Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on heavy machinery. Ensure work environment is clean and hazard-free.
