Responsibilities: | Key Responsibilities: -Diagnosis and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, and more. -Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, lubrications, filter replacements, and other preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. -Repair Work: Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other mechanical components following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines. -Parts Replacement: Replace faulty or worn-out parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments. -Testing and Calibration: Test machinery after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functioning and performance. Calibrate equipment as needed. -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner. -Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on heavy machinery. Ensure work environment is clean and hazard-free. |

Requirements: | Requirements: -Proven experience as a Heavy Machinery Technician or similar role, preferably in a construction, mining, or heavy equipment industry. -Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. -Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately. -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and equipment. -Certification from a technical school or apprenticeship program is a plus. -Valid driver¡¯s license and clean driving record. Skills and Abilities: -Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. -Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary. -Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. |
